When X.bike is used to offer bike share service to an existing user base. This could include students at a university campus or employees of companies at a an industrial area. Specific domain names can be configured or email addresses can be imported to grant access to all potential users. However, this workflow becomes more tedious when the user base is dynamic. For hotels to provide free bike sharing to their guests, every new guest would have to be imported into the X.bike backend.
To combat this, the X.bike user base can be integrated with HR or PMS systems to dynamically update the user base. This way checking in at the hotel automatically enables bike user for every guest.
